Design & Personalization Options

Choose from our extensive collection of stock designs at no additional design charge, and personalize your selection with a name, monogram, date, or other available personalization.

You may also provide your own artwork or PNG. Customer-supplied artwork must be high enough quality for printing and must be authorized for your use. Additional charges may apply if the artwork requires significant editing, cleanup, background removal, reconstruction, or redesign.

Pricing

Standard pricing includes a design from our gallery, simple name or text personalization, or customer-provided artwork, photo, or logo that is ready to use. Artwork requiring significant editing, cleanup, reconstruction, or redesign is priced at $21.99. We will contact you for approval before beginning any design work that increases the price of your order.

Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each 12 oz mug is individually customized. Slight variations in design placement, sizing, color, and finished appearance may occur and are normal characteristics of personalized products.

Sublimation designs are permanently transferred to the mug using heat and pressure. Minor variations in color, image placement, or edge alignment may occur during the production process and are not considered defects.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may vary slightly from the finished product because screen settings and printed sublimation colors can differ.

White ink is not used in standard sublimation printing. White areas within artwork will generally display as the white surface of the mug.

Very fine details, extremely small lettering, low-resolution photographs, gradients, or highly detailed artwork may reproduce differently than they appear in a digital preview.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photographs, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting a photograph, logo, trademark, business name, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Props, beverages, gift packaging, and accessories shown in product photography are for styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash recommended to help preserve the appearance of the sublimated design.
• Wash with mild dish soap and warm water.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals.
• Do not soak for extended periods.
• Do not use in the microwave if the mug manufacturer or coating specifies otherwise.
• Allow the mug to dry completely before storing.
