Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each tumbler is individually customized. Slight variations in design placement, sizing, color, and finished appearance may occur and are normal characteristics of personalized products.

Sublimation designs are transferred onto the tumbler using heat and pressure. Depending on the artwork and tumbler construction, a small seam or transition area may be visible where a full-wrap design meets. Minor fading or variation near the top, bottom, or seam area can occur and is not considered a defect.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may vary slightly from the finished tumbler because screens display color differently than printed products.

White ink is not used in standard sublimation printing. Areas of artwork that are white may display the underlying color of the tumbler instead.

Very fine details, extremely small lettering, low-resolution photographs, or highly detailed artwork may reproduce differently than they appear in a digital preview.

Design placement may vary slightly due to the tapered or rounded shape of the tumbler and the individual production process.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photographs, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting a photograph, logo, trademark, business name, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.
