Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each coaster is individually customized. Slight variations in design placement, color, alignment, and finished appearance may occur and are normal characteristics of handmade and personalized products.

Because sublimation is a heat-transfer process, very fine details, extremely small text, low-resolution photos, or very light artwork may reproduce differently than they appear on a digital preview.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may vary slightly from the finished coaster due to screen settings, artwork files, and the sublimation process.

As with many ceramic products, minor variations in surface texture, edging, coating, or overall finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, logos, photographs, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting a photograph, logo, trademark, business name, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Care & Use Disclosure

These coasters are designed to help protect surfaces from moisture and drink rings, but should still be used with reasonable care.

To help preserve the personalized finish:

• Wipe clean as needed
• Avoid harsh abrasives or aggressive scrubbing
• Handle with care to avoid chipping or breakage if dropped

Drinkware, décor, gift packaging, and other accessories shown in product photography are for styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
