Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each linen tote is individually customized. Slight variations in design placement, size, color, fabric texture, stitching, or finished appearance may occur and are normal characteristics of personalized fabric products.

The tote measures approximately 14.2" × 18.9". Because this is a sewn fabric item, minor variations in actual dimensions may occur.

The linen surface has a visible woven texture, which may naturally show through portions of the printed design. This texture is part of the character of the material and is not considered a defect.

The natural linen version is not bright white, so the fabric tone can subtly affect how printed colors appear. White areas in artwork generally do not print as white with standard sublimation and may instead show the underlying fabric color.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may vary slightly from the finished product due to screen settings, artwork files, and the printing process.

Very fine details, extremely small lettering, low-resolution photographs, or very light artwork may reproduce differently than they appear in a digital preview.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting photographs, logos, trademarks, business names, or other artwork, the customer confirms they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Props, accessories, clothing, gift items, and other contents shown with the tote in product photography are for styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
