Standard pricing includes a set of two coasters using a design from our gallery, simple name or text personalization, or customer-provided artwork/logo that is ready to use. Artwork requiring significant editing, cleanup, reconstruction, or redesign is priced at $34.99 per set of two. We will contact you for approval before beginning any redesign work.

Customization & Natural-Material Disclosure

Please Note: Marble and acacia wood are natural materials. Variations in marble veining, color, markings, wood grain, knots, tone, and the transition between the marble and wood are expected.

No two coasters will be identical, and individual pieces within the same set may differ slightly from one another. These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Laser engraving is performed on the acacia wood portion of the coaster. The natural grain and color of the wood can cause slight variations in the darkness and contrast of the finished engraving. 

Extremely fine lines, very small lettering, gradients, photographs, or highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted to produce the best engraving result.

Slight variations in engraving size, placement, and alignment may occur because each natural coaster is individually engraved.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting a logo, trademark, business name, photograph, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Care & Use

Marble is naturally porous. Dark liquids such as coffee, wine, or strongly colored beverages can stain the marble if left on the surface, so spills should be wiped away promptly.

Clean with mild dish soap and warm water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and dishwasher cleaning.
