Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each towel is individually created. Slight variations in design placement, sizing, color, and finished appearance may occur and are normal with custom-made products.

The towel manufacturer lists the approximate dimensions as 15.7" x 23.6", so minor size variations from the advertised 16" x 24" size may occur.

Colors shown on your screen may differ slightly from the finished towel because monitors, phones, artwork files, and the sublimation process can display colors differently.

Because the towel is a soft fabric product, the material may not lie perfectly flat and minor natural variations in the surface, stitching, edges, or shape are not considered defects.

Very fine details, extremely small text, low-resolution photographs, or light-colored artwork may reproduce differently than they appear on a digital preview.

For personalized products, please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photographs, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting photographs, logos, trademarks, or other artwork, the customer confirms they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Recommended Care: Machine wash with like colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can affect microfiber performance. Tumble dry on low heat and avoid ironing directly over the personalized design.
