Customization & Product Disclosure

Please Note: Each pot holder is individually personalized. Slight variations in design placement, color, size, stitching, fabric texture, and finished appearance may occur and are normal characteristics of handmade and customized products.

Because this is a fabric item made for sublimation, colors shown on your phone, tablet, or computer monitor may vary slightly from the finished product. Very fine lines, small text, low-resolution images, or very light artwork may reproduce differently than they appear in a digital preview.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs, logos, and customization instructions before submitting your order. Personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or Van Pelt Custom Studios made an error in the approved customization.

By submitting a photo, logo, trademark, or other artwork, the customer confirms they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Heat & Safety Disclosure

This pot holder is intended to assist with handling hot cookware and to help protect surfaces from hot dishes, but it is not fireproof and should never be exposed to open flame, heating elements, or prolonged direct heat.

Always use caution when handling hot pots, pans, baking dishes, and cookware. Protection may vary depending on temperature, length of contact, and use conditions. Do not use if the pot holder is wet or damp, as moisture can transfer heat and increase the risk of burns.

Props, cookware, utensils, towels, and other accessories shown in product photography are for styling purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
